Who we are

Church Games Co. is operated by Avi Javeri as a sole proprietor, based in Dublin, California. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Church Games Co. “You” means the person or organization buying or using our products.

Accepting these terms

By using this website or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or buy a product.

What you’re buying

We sell digital downloads: printable PDFs and editable PowerPoint files. Nothing is shipped. After payment you get instant access to your download link on the confirmation page. If anything goes wrong with delivery, email us and we’ll make it right.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe through secure Stripe checkout pages. We never see or store your card number.

How you may use the files

Your purchase includes our Personal & Church Use License. In short: unlimited events at one church or organization, and you may print and project the files. No reselling, redistribution or public sharing.

Our content

The games, designs, text, artwork and logos are owned by Church Games Co. and protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you a license to use it. It doesn’t transfer ownership.

Scripture

Scripture quotations are from the King James Version (KJV) and/or the World English Bible (WEB), which are in the public domain. Our license terms apply to our own games, designs and text, not to Scripture itself.

Acceptable use

Please don’t copy or resell our products, try to break or misuse the website, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer

Our products and website are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them accurate and useful, but we don’t promise they will be error-free or fit every purpose. Please supervise children during games and activities.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in effect when you bought a product applies to that purchase.
